Lorven Technologies Inc is currently looking for IT Recruiter for its Chennai Office to expand our Recruitment team.

Job Required :

• Candidate must be well Versed with US recruitment.
• Must have a minimum of 1+ of US recruitment experience.
• Candidate must be able to work independently with minimum Supervision.
• Prospect and build relationships with new and existing candidates.
• US night Shift- East coast timing.

Responsibilities :

• Understand client/Vendor requirements through calls/meetings with Account Managers or Client Managers.
• Utilize a host of resources to find qualified candidates for identified requirements (Job Boards, Networking, Referral Networks, Social media, Internet Searches etc.)
• Ensuring that you have a successful match between candidate/client .
• Conduct initial screening interview, reference checks, negotiate salary & relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the salesperson to close the deals.
• Recruit all levels of talent spanning multiple skills within the technology arena.

Salary:

• Salary + lucrative incentive.
