Job Description:

• Should Handle the Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, coordinating technical tests & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibility till joining of candidates.).
• Pre-selection functions like screening of the profiles, preparation of profile sheet of all short listed candidates.
• Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
• Completing joining formalities for candidates once they get placed at a client.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Good inter-personal skills.
• Ability to talk well over the phone.
• Ability to stay calm during challenging conversations.
• Good working knowledge of MS office products like Word and Excel.
• Ability to grasp requirements quickly.
