Position 1 : Junior/Senior Software Developer-Team Lead (Based on the Experience level)

Required Skills:

• Good in Core Java and J2EE.
• Must have MQ series experience.
• Experience on EJB is a must.
• Exposure towards socket programming.

Position 2 : Senior J2EE Developer

Required Skills:

• 5+years of relevant experience developing user-interface with web technologies: Spring MVC framework, Spring Webflow, Hibernate, Struts, JSP and Servlets (required) HTML, CSS, JQuery and AJAX.
• Qualified candidate must have thorough knowledge of the Java programming language with experience developing Java-based web applications deployed in WebLogic/Unix environment.

Concepts:

• Knowledge in building web applications to support both cookies disabled browsers (example government agencies) and cookie enabled browsers.
• Handling application form double submits, browser back buttons, multiple windows and application back button implementations.
• Session management to support multiple workflows and web applications integration with SSO.
• User interface development experience.
• Effective use of web intercepting filters.
• Coding templates for web framework and reusability.
• Knowledge in coding user interface modules for authorization, user preferences and Personalization.
• Knowledge in using effective use of AJAX and Java Script libraries.
• Pagination techniques and best practices.
• Internationalization (framework)
